Account Manager

We are currently seeking to fill an Account Manager position.  The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to establish, maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients.  The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and their employees.  The Account Manager also works closely with insurance carriers and their underwriting departments to ensure highest level of service to our clients.

The ideal candidate has previous experience with employee benefits (2-5 years).  However, we will also consider those interested in beginning a career in this field.  The position demands an individual with strong organizational skills and strict attention to detail.  Outgoing personality and positive attitude a must.  Compensation is generous and commensurate to experience.

Assistant Account Manager/Receptionist

Entry level position open to work directly with the Account Managers to aide in the servicing of client accounts.  Will serve as the primary voice of the company and handle routing of all incoming calls.  Responsibilities include various office duties as well as other more involved projects as the individual gains familiarity with employee benefits.  A great opportunity to learn about the field and potentially grow into an Account Management position.
