Ross
has spent the last 25 years as a senior
executive in the field of healthcare delivery
and has served as Chief Executive Officer to
several large medical groups with corporate
staffs of 50 to 75 physicians and over 400
employees. His experience has given him a solid
understanding of employee benefits and the role
they play in the retention of quality staff
members. He is also well versed as to the
financial constraints of the private
corporation. Ross' knowledge of corporate
leadership coupled with a complete understanding
of healthcare delivery help minimize the time it
takes to design and implement an optimum
employee benefits system.
Ross
has recently spent eight years working directly
with numerous physicians, hospitals, and
insurance companies in San Diego. This knowledge
of the local healthcare market is of great value
in the development of benefit programs for local
companies. He has extensive experience with
employee benefit plans through his direct
involvement in the design and selection of plans
for the owners and employees of corporations he
has managed. Ross's experience in fiscal and
personnel management is of great value to his

Ross
is an active member of the Rotary Club of Del
Mar and lives in Carlsbad with his wife Debra
and son Tyler.
